What are the requirements to register for the course?
- The student needs to be able to read Quran
- Be committed for the full duration of the study
- At least 2-3 hours of self learning per week
- Above 18 years old
How many levels will a student need to complete in order to graduate with the Arabic & Islamic Studies diploma?
The course consist of 4 levels, each level is completed over 24 weeks.
How will the students be assessed ?
The students will be given assignments , class tests and a final exam to advance to the next level.
Will I be able to speak Arabic after the completion of the course?
Each student is different , the expectations are that students would reach an intermediary to advanced level of conversational Arabic ability.
Which Madhhab will be taught at the Institution?
We will be teaching the Shafii and Hanafi Madhahib.
Are there any semester breaks during the year?
Yes, each semester break is aligned with the holidays of the public schools.
